INITIAL TELEPSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION

As a psychiatrist, I would spend our first visit interviewing you and obtaining history and symptoms. We will discuss possible diagnoses and possible pharmacologic treatment, if indicated. Labs may be ordered to rule out any contributing medical etiology to presenting symptoms.

FOLLOW-UP TELEPSYCHIATRY VISIT
For established patients, scheduled as necessary by provider

~20 minutes
At this follow-up visit, established patients will go over benefits, problems, effects of their pharmacologic treatment. We will also discuss current psychosocial stressors and how they contribute to symptoms. Together we will go over treatment plan and make necessary adjustments.
FOCUSED FOLLOW-UP TELEPSYCHIATRY VISIT
For established patients, scheduled as necessary by provider

~10 minutes
At this follow-up, established patients can discuss their treatment plan in a problem-focused session. Together, we will go over treatment plan and make necessary adjustments.
